well, aritu aku kecewa gile.. aku akan berhati2 ikut resepi2 kat blog org.. ade resepi pandan chiffon cake.. guna eggs 8 bijik you all.. tapi sebab insan tersebut cam ckp cake itu best, aku pon buat lah.. bile dah siap, rasa cam bengkang kut.. ces, abes telur aku.. adakah aku yg tak reti buat.. huhu
demi mengubat kekecewaaan aku dan kawan2 yg terpaksa mkn bengkang pandan aku, aku dengan semangat nye buat summer fruits cheesecake, ikut kepala otak sendrik ini.. berdasarkan pengalaman pahit aku mencari dan bereksperimen cheesecake.. aku taktau nape, kalu aku ikut resepi orang utk buat cheesecake mesti tak jadi, keras lah, x sedap lah.. soo terpaksa ikut otak sendrik
ingredient
400gm cream cheese
1 whole tube of elmlea double cream
2 eggs
castor sugar [ikut suke]
2 tablespoon cornflour
1 whole can summer fruits [aku masak atas api soo that tak berair sgt]
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
based
half pack digestive biscuit di hancur2kan
50gm butter [ini pon ikut otak]
1 dash of ginger powder
1) buat base dulu, campurkan digestive biscuit yg dah dihancur dan butter yg telah dicairkan.. pastu masuk ginger powder.. butter tuh agak2 bley melekat kat base spring foam
2) bake biscuit based for 15 min, then sejukkan
3) combined cream cheese, cream, sugar, vanilla essence and cornflour.. jgn overbeat tau, nanti cake merekah kat tgh
4) lastly baru letak egg then masukkan summer fruits yg telah dipekatkan td [make sure pekat btol kalu tak nanti, cheesecake too cair]
5) tuang atas digestive biscuit tadi and bake for 180 degree, 20 min [depends on ur oven]
6) tp cheesecake aku kali nih merekah kat tgh, actually bile bake tuh, bile tgh2 cake tuh still lg cair [about 2-3 inches], dah kena switch off oven.. baru cheesecake smooth jee kat atas.. itu menurut tips kat internet lah..

other tips how to get a smooth surface [aku akan try next time]
1) dont over mix
2) switch off the oven when the middle part of the cake still uncooked, then letak something on top like plate ke, ape ke, so that it slowly cook
3) use water bath
4) masak slowly, bile dah masak lalukan knife at the edge so that cake tuh bley shrink
