1 whole butter 250g
2 cups of self raising flour
2 cups of castor sugar
1 cup of milk [original recipe use plain water]
5 eggs
1 cup of cocoa powder
1 teaspoon soda bicarbonte
1 teaspoon esen vanilla
1) beat butter with castor sugar
2) add egg one by one
3) mixed self raising flour with soda bicarbonate
4) add flour and mix well
5) add cocoa powder and esen vanilla
6) add milk and mix well
bake for 45- 1 hr at 180 degree, i use the same recipe and steam it instead to get a really moist choc cake. if you steam it, you need more than 1 hr, soo keep on steamin until it cook ok
