kimchi

aku start mkn kimchi bila ade sorang kawan aku suka bwk aku pegi mkn kedai korea... aku suka kimchi pancake camtu.. mmg best.. kat sini ade orang jual kimchi kat kedai, tp takut nak  mkn takut byk guna preservative.. soo setelah di youtube kan cara2 membuat kimchi aku pon sll lah baut kimchi.. mmg best.. sbb kimchi nih bley simpan lama ... aku nih susah sket nak buat groceries, soo bila fresh vege dlm fridge dah abes, aku buatlah soup kimchi and mushroom

chinese cabbage
1 whole chinese cabbage
1 whole chinese white radish [cut into into thin slices mcm mancis tuh]
2 chinese pear buang kulit [bley ganti dgn apple]
1 whole ginger
1 onion
half garlic [ satu labu garlic tuh tau]
fish oil
paprika
cili powder
sesame seeds
pear

1) separate cabbage ikut helaian and then rendam dlm air garam selama 4 jam
2) blend pear, ginger, onion, garlic
3) mix the blended mixture dgn fish oil, paprika, chili powder, sesame seeds, sllnye kalu nak pedas letak lah lagi byk cili powder, and sllnye resepi kimchi guna red peppper, aku x tau nak cari mana, soo aku hentam guna paprika, sama jee rasa... haha

4) toskan cabbage td
5) dlm satu besen besar korang campur kan semua skali, cabbage, campuran paste td and white raddish.. actually sayur ape2 pon ok, ade org letak cucumber lah ape lah, tp aku prefer white raddish nih
6) simpan dlm botol dlm fridge, cabbage td xyah potong tau.. soo agak2 3-4 hari, korang kuarkan dan potong cabbage td.. ikut suke nak baut soup ke, mkn begitu saje je, or buat pancake.. pancake nanti2 lak aku bg resepi
