kuih cara

my favourite kuih.. kuih cara.. sedap sgt tau... especially bile mkn waktu tgh panas2.. fuh mmg meletops.. i've got this recipe dr my opah
pandan
4 cups of santan and air daun pandan [kire nye korang buat air daun pandan then mix ngan santan]
2 and half cup flour
secubit garam
1 whole egg

senang saje, mix and kacau btol.. consistency dia mcm mixture for roti jala..

the tricky bit bab nak masak dia

1) use the kuih cara acuan and panaskan atas api
2) when it's hot, guna daun pandan and letak oil dlm mould tuh, so that kuih cara x melekat
3) tuangkan mixture
4) bile mixture half cook, masukkan gula kasar di tgh2, tp jgn byk sgt nanti meleleh n kuih cara melekat
5) pastu tutup acuan dgn tutup periuk, anything yg bley tutupkan acuan
6) when it's cook, kuih cara akan senang dikeluarkan..
7) pastu gabungkan kuih cara
